Crossing all barriers, the most loved couple from Marathi Television has finally tied a knot. This union happened with blessing from their respective families and well wishes from our dear audience on Saturday, 9th April.
Mazia Priyala Preet Kalena has a huge fan following, especially in youth because of its fresh look and modern appearance. Both Abhijit & Shamika got tremendous love from people and waiting eagerly for their union. Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Productions made their debut with this serial in Marathi regional space.
Zee Marathi innovatively promoted this wedding. To make this wedding very interactive and innovative, Zee Marathi took some creative steps to promote the Wedding. One whole week of celebration right from sangeet to final vows was organized for this grand wedding.
The couple got engaged on the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa. On ground the couple personally invited the audience by distributing their wedding invites in various places in Mumbai and Thane.
To gain highest interaction, Zee Marathi conducted an SMS Ukhana contest (witty lines incorporating names of the bride and bridegroom), which got a huge response from viewers. 25 lucky women got an opportunity to participate in wedding shoot. The wedding happened on a grand scale but in an authentic Maharashtrian way.

जुने चित्रपट दाखविण्याबाबत ......

मी एक मराठी श्रोता आहे. आपल्या वाहिनिकडून होणारे सगले कार्यक्रम मी पाहतो. वेगवेगली कथानके वेगवेगल्या रुपात आपन रसिकाना दाखवत आहात त्याबद्दल शतश: आभार !!!
पण सध्या आपल्याकडून शनिवार - रविवार या दिवशी चित्रपट दाखवले जातात. पण त्यामधे पुन:पुन्हा प्रसारित होणारे चित्रपट जास्त आहेत. मराठी चित्रपटसृस्ती " प्रभात "च्या चित्रपटामुले जे अव्याहत सुरु झाली ते आजतागायापर्यंत अशीच सुरु आहे.एक एक कलाकाराने स्वताचा असा काळ गाजविला आहे. त्यामधे राजा गोसावी, राजा परांजपे , गदिमा,पु .ल, नीलू फुले व इतर मान्यवरांचा उलेख करावाच लागेल. पण सध्या जे चित्रपट दाखविले जात आहेत ते पुन्हा पुन्हा दाखविले जात आहेत. त्यापेक्षा जे " जुने " चित्रपट आहेत ते दाखवावेत अशी एक मराठी रसिक म्हणून आपल्याला विनंती आहे. "पेड़गावचे शहाणे ", " माणूस " ," कुंकू "," अमर भूपाळी " ," जगाच्या पाठीवर" व त्या कालातील कित्येक चित्रपटाची फ़क्त नावे ऐकावी लागत आहेत. आजच्या पीडिला जुने चित्रपट पहायला मिलने फार अवघड आहे. अश्यावेली आपल्याकडून ते प्रसारित झाले तर त्याचा फायदा होईल. यातील कित्येक चित्रपट "सीडी"वर उपलब्ध नाहीत त्यामुले ते बाहेरून विकत घेउन पण बघता येत नाही. तुमच्याकडे अश्या चित्रपटाचा साठा असल्याचा अभिमान बाळगून, गम्भिर्याने याची दखल घ्यावी.
